Where can I see the furniture?

In our various showrooms. More information is available at the section «Showroom».

Can I have your catalog?

The website is our catalog. There is no printed documentation.

Why are your prices so low?

Because of direct production and direct sale to end users we can offer the best price.

To what countries do you deliver?

We deliver to whole Switzerland. For orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein the final price, including all delivery costs is calculated and displayed automatically during the ordering process.

What do your prices include?

All our prices are in Swiss Francs and include 7.7% of Swiss tax.

What about the shipping cost?

The home delivery is between 150.- -190.- Swiss Francs for the whole territory of Switzerland. We charge 0.- Swiss Francs for items to be picked up at our warehouse in Uznach (SG).

What are the delivery periods?

We usually deliver in 10 to 18 working days. The indicated delivery periods are for informative purpose only and not binding. The final delivery time will be agreed jointly with the customer after receipt of order.

Who brings me the furniture at home?

We do. If you choose home delivery, we bring the furniture to your front door. We will arrange the delivery details with you via telephone. Smaller furniture pieces and objects will be sent by DHL Switzerland.

Can you send my order to a different address?

This possibility is available at the address input on the respective order form.

The package I have received is damaged. What should I do?

Any damage or defects must be reported immediately to the transporter, otherwise the delivery will be deemed approved.

What if I don’t like an ordered product?

In general, returns of the items ordered are only possible in the case of material or fabrication damages. For further information please consult our terms and conditions.

What happens to my personal information?

Your privacy is important to us! The personal data we receive with an order will be used exclusively for contact with the customer. No data will be made available or sold to third parties. We use your personal data only for the purpose of technical administration of the website, customer relations and marketing, unless the customer expressly approves it on our website.

How do I pay? What are your terms?

The following payment methods are possible:
1. Eurocard / MasterCard - The amount will be charged upon ordering.
2. Visa with the module Visa Verified - The amount will be deducted in the order.
3. Cash (listed under «invoice») - The goods will be paid in cash upon delivery/pickup.

How secure is the data transfer?

The exchange of information between the online store and Telekurs AG Multipay interface is secured via an encrypted interface (SSL 128 bit).

How many times do you update your listings?

Our website is constantly improved and updated.
